Theiry April 1st shift with Auds
Theiry was intrigued. For the most part he was a man who did what he needed with little interest one way or another. He was a stylist not because he was passionate about fashion, but because it was a job that put him in a position he found desirable. Being intrigued by something or in this case someone wasn't something that didn't happen often. Being intrigued by a woman was even more rare. Theiry wasn't a man who was controlled by his hormones he was always careful to think with the right part of his anatomy. He wasn't one to be swayed by a woman. Oh yes he enjoyed them, but rarely did a woman have any lasting effect on him. He saw, he wanted, he partook, and he left. It was a simple equation that almost always ended the same way as it always had.
Audriana was a bit different. She of course wasn't the first woman to turn down his advances, but she had a quality about her that made her denial more intriguing than anything else. Since meeting her he had made many trips to Jin's using the excuse of his profession with the intents of seducing the young woman. Each time she had rebuffed his efforts normally this would have upset Theiry, but with Audriana it just made her all that more enticing. Intriguing enough that he decided he would have her despite her many refusals. He had made a decision that he was willing to go a bit further than usual to obtain the girl and had made decisions accordingly.
These decisions of course hadn't occurred until after a rather large amount of research and several reports from Private investigators. He didn't want to invest his time and efforts into something he'd regret so he had researched the girl. She had proven not to be quite as perfect as she looked. There was of course the fact that she had been a Ravenclaw which she was sure had been quite the slap in the face to her family, but Theiry knew there was a few worthy women who had shared the same house. Of course the biggest concern was the fact that the girl had become pregnant toward the end of her seventh year.
Of course an illegitimate child was never a good thing, but the more worrisome part was the fact that if rumor was to be believed the child of the father had been muggle born. None of his Private investigators had been able to substantiate any of these rumors. Really finding any information at all about the pregnancy had been a challenge. But Theiry had decided he didn't really care. The child hadn't made it according to a healer the child had fallen ill and had passed away. Theiry of course suspected that the child had probably been put down as unworthy. Again this didn't bother Theiry as honestly one couldn't expect a family like the Delacroix's to tolerate a halfblood marring their impeccable family tree.
He also really didn't care who the girl had bedded previously after all it wasn't as if he had never slummed it with a particularly tasty halfblood. Of course he would have never been able to stomach the idea of a muggleborn being that intimate with him, but he would judge Audriana on one indiscretion. After all Theiry could remember what it was like to be a teenager. Hormones especially at the age of seventeen could be a real challenge. But otherwise the girl had nothing in her past that would make Theiry hesitate in his mission. So he had decided that he was going to make the girl an offer she couldn't refuse. Theiry walked into the shop his usual cocky smile in place. He had come to discover that the girl seemed a bit on edge whenever he had shown up unexpectedly. Theiry liked that and would exploit that little edge as much as he could.
Theiry's cocky smile didn't fade as he strode up to the counter and Audriana addressed him stating that his order wasn't ready and asked if Katya had contacted him. When she asked if there was another reason for his visit Theiry gave a rather lascivious smile that made it pretty clear what his intentions were. "Ahh you've got me. I do indeed have ulterior motives. I've come to a decision. Old Gurov has far more than his fair share of stunning females in his employ and I've come to steal you away. You'll be my personal assistant. A much more suitable position for a young woman such as yourself." Theiry's smile didn't fade as he spoke. Of course as he spoke his lack of doubt was fairly obvious. He had decided that Audriana was going to work for him and it was obvious he would accept no other outcome.

Dee with Grail on April 7th
Dee was a little annoyed. She had in fact been a little annoyed for a number of days. And most of her annoyance was of course Turpin's fault. Really the whole situation was quite frustrating. She wasn't sure how he had been suckered in by that little twit Musetta, but he had been and most thoroughly at that. This worried her mostly because she knew sooner or later he would find out the truth behind whatever games Musetta was playing and she'd of course have to pick up the pieces. Part of her kind of liked the idea of how angry he would be. She was interested by the idea of how she could shape that anger and in what direction she'd be able to redirect it.
But she was also worried that his anger at the silly twit and her games would filter down to the entire female population including herself. Most girls weren't smart enough to treat Turpin right, they didn't see his potential. All they saw was a mass of scars on an other wise nice body. She knew that Turpin had serious difficulties when it came to relating with women and she worried that Musetta's game would turn him bitter toward all women including herself despite the fact that she had always treated him right and always had his best interests in mind. She wasn't scared that Turpin would hurt her. She knew she could defend herself and she really didn't think he had it in him to hurt her of all people, but she was far more concerned that all her efforts would go to waste all because of some silly girl's games.
Of course the fact that Turpin seemed to be spending an entirely unreasonable amount of time with the girl didn't help. Dee was very firm with herself she would not allow herself to feel jealous. Turpin wasn't some toy she could pout over when some other girl was playing with him, but she had to admit it was annoying. She was used to Turpin being a pretty constant companion. They weren't inseparable, but Dee could hardly remember the last time they had been apart for more than a few hours at a time. She also couldn't remember the last time she had to carry a large stack of books from the library to her dorm with no assistance. She was of course completely capable of such a task, but it made Turpin's absent even more obvious.
So Dee was not exactly pleased as she made the journey from the library to her dorm carrying a substantial stack of books. It just wasn't lady like to have to strain carrying a large stack of books, but with Turpin otherwise occupied it wasn't as if she had any choice. Turpin was one of the few boys she knew with the manners to assist a lady with tasks like carrying books. The art of Chivalry was sadly out of fashion. So she carried her own books and dropped her own books as she miss stepped. It was only through a great deal of self discipline that kept Dee from uttering a rather unlady like response. She gave an annoyed and admittedly unlady like huff as she knelt daintily careful of her dress and the fact that she didn't want to give anyone approaching an eyeful.
Dee was gathering the books doing her best not to let her temper to growing her worst when she noticed someone approaching her. She honestly expected the male who she hadn't bothered to look up at to walk right by. Manners and Chivalry were a dead thing even Turpin who was probably the most gentlemanly boy she knew was that way only because of her insistence that while he had an inner monster he could still be a gentleman. So she really wasn't expecting any assistance and looked up pleasantly surprised when a voice spoke up telling her that a woman should be carrying such a burden on her own. Dee gave a small approving smile as she recognized the speaker.
Grailus Kane was not the most popular boy in the castle especially due to his notoriety as his sister's thug. Dee supposed many would be afraid of Grail, but Dee had never been particularly impressed by a poor temper and collection of muscle. There was of course no shame in being the muscle behind the brains of an intelligent muscle, but Dee saw no reason to fear the boy. While younger Dee knew without a doubt that Turpin was in most ways far more dangerous than Grailus could ever hope to be. But she had to admit the boys reputation and his surprising offer to assist her was rather attractive. Dee didn't really bother with boys in a romantic sense as she had much more important things to attend to, but she was willing to admit that if she were one to bother with boys Grailus certainly was an attractive option.
He was perhaps not quite as much to her taste as her beautiful little monster Turpin, but in his own way Grailus was quite handsome. Dee had always enjoyed the unique when it came to appearances. A pretty face just wasn't enough for Dee. She was more than just a pretty face and she was certain she deserved more than that, but Grailus while quite handsome in a classic way was also just unique enough that he didn't fade into ordinary. His white blond hair was the more obvious of unique traits, but his eyes were probably the more arresting of the two. They were a unique color, but more interestingly was the fact that they held a shade of that 'something' that Dee recognized only in certain people. Turpin had that look in his eyes as did her father. It was a look that Dee held a lot of respect for.
But of course she still wasn't interested in romance so none of her musings really mattered. What mattered was that she was relieved that she would be forced to carry her stack of books further. After a moment's thought Dee gave a pleasant and obviously pleased smile. "Yes thank you Grailus that would be very kind of you." Dee stood carefully dusting off her knees still carrying a few of the books she dropped. "I appreciate the offer I was sure chivalry was dead." Dee gave an annoyed look and shook her head as if this thought troubled her. But her smile returned quickly as he commented about not being too dangerous. At that Dee couldn't help but laugh. It was a quite demure little lady like giggle, but it was a laugh none the less. "You say that as if it's a good thing Grailus. Being dangerous is neither a good or bad thing it's all in the manner in which you carry yourself that matters."
